A 22-year veteran retired from the US Air Force and MN Air National Guard, Jake brings his passion for serving others to Crusher every day.
Jake came to Crusher CrossFit as an endurance athlete in 2014, looking for a way to supplement his training. He had a justified amount of skepticism about if CrossFit could be an acceptable training method for his sport. Quickly he found that this was way more effective than many hours running or cycling, to staying fit! Jake has completed four marathons, four half ironman distance triathlons, and many shorter races. His passion for health and fitness, as well as his endurance background, make him a great asset to the Crusher Crossfit team. Jake is also an excellent cook and happy to discuss healthy food options that will fuel your life and satisfy your foodie needs.
