Bio
When Gretchen joined crusher as an athlete 7 years ago, she was a runner that had never lifted a barbell off the ground. Admittedly, she had many reservations about joining. She went to her trial class and fell in love with the Crusher community. She now calls herself a Crossfitter that also runs.
Gretchen is a former elementary teacher and paraprofessional in the Waconia school district. She has lots of coaching experience, from coaching her children in their little league soccer all the way up to coaching the Waconia High School girls soccer team for several years.
Becoming a youth CrossFit coach blends her passion for athletics and helping children perfectly.
When not at the box, Gretchen and her husband, Jeff, enjoy keeping up with their 4 busy children. Travel is a passion that Gretchen hopes to also blend with her coaching someday.
