Crusher Youth Programs are ideal for any young athlete looking to get the edge over the competition in their chosen sport. We aim to create an all-around athlete who will excel in any sport, or physical task life throws their way and help avoid overuse injuries common when children only participate in sport-specific training. .
Our Youth programs will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains
Endurance - Stamina - Strength - Flexibility - Power - Speed - Coordination - Agility - Balance - Accuracy
We make fitness fun and we will teach and coach your child to move safely. Our limited class size ensures the coach can properly coach everyone.

Kids (5-9) | 9:15am - 9:45am
PreTeens (10-12) | 10:00am - 10:45am
Teens (13-18) | 11:00am - Noon
