Who Should Attend:
This program is for anyone looking to increase strength in the bench press and back squat.
This class will start on January 3rd and end on February 9th and will be Tues (Bench Press) and Thurs (Back Squat) at 7:20 PM. Classes will last between 60 - 90 minutes each. I will ask that you try to scale down your normal Crusher workouts as needed for these 6 weeks so we can maximize your results. For example, there might be regular programming that has the same focus on our lifts the day prior or the day of our classes. There will not be refunds for missed classes nor will there be makeup classes. If you know you will need to miss a class talk to me prior to signing up for the program.
Pricing and Availability:
This 12 Session clinic will be $135 (Less than $14 per class!) and limited to 16 Athletes. There is a minimum needed to hold the clinic.

This program will increase base strength, improve the quality of your movements and benefit your functional fitness. Increasing strength in these two pillar lifts will also help increase your strength and efficiency in other pressing and squatting movements.
During this 6-week program, we will focus first on absolute strength. We will also use accessory movements to help build and maximize your potential in the bench press and back squat.
Each class will consist of a warm-up, the main lift, and in some classes the accessory work. Each class will take between 60 to 90 min to complete.
I will hold a session on a Sunday or another day prior to the start for those that need true PR lifts set. For those that do not have max lifts, and for those that have lifts in Wodify that are not accurate based on where you are currently at. Date for that is TBD since that Sunday is January 1st.
