Bus Transportation for our Varsity Athletes is provided from Waconia Middle and High School

From the High School - Bus 126 departs 3:10pm

From the Middle School - Bus 111 departs 3:18pm

Crusher Youth Programs are ideal for any young athlete looking to get the edge over the competition in their chosen sport. We aim to create an all-around athlete who will excel in any sport, or physical task life throws their way and help avoid overuse injuries common when children only participate in sport-specific training.  .

Our Youth programs will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains

 

Endurance - Stamina - Strength - Flexibility - Power - Speed - Coordination - Agility - Balance - Accuracy 

 

We make fitness fun and we will teach and coach your child to move safely. Our limited class size ensures the coach can properly coach everyone.

Session Details (11 week sessions)

Fall Session | Sept 5 - Nov 16 (no class Nov 19)

Winter Session | Nov 28 - Feb 22 (no classes Dec 25 - Jan 4)

Spring Session | Mar 12 - May 23

 

Tuesday & Thursday

Rookie (5-9) |  5:00pm - 5:30pm  

J.V. (10-12) | 5:45pm - 6:30pm

Varsity (13-18) | 3:45pm - 4:45pm

 

Rookie - $19 per week 

J.V. - $23 per week 

Varsity - $29 per week
