Our youth programs are awesome. Its ultimate goal is to make fitness fun and safe for your children. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids in grades K-HS Senior. Our Kids and Teens programs will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. CrossFit Teens not only builds strength in the body, but it also strengthens the mind, improves cognitive function, and improves interpersonal communication skills. If your child is already an athlete, our program is designed to take them to the next level by teaching proper mechanics, recovery, movement, nutrition, and flexibility. If your child is not an athlete, our program is guaranteed to help them establish healthy lifestyle habits, and convert them from a sedentary lifestyle to a more active, prolific one. Crusher CrossFit Teens is ideal for any teenage athlete looking to get the edge over the competition in their chosen sport. We aim to create an all-around athlete that will excel in any sport or physical task life throws their way and avoids overuse injuries that are common when teens only participate in sport-specific training. Whether your teen is looking for a stand-alone strength and conditioning program, or additional training to supplement their sport-specific training, Crusher CrossFit Teens is committed to helping them achieve their goals in a fun and supportive environment surrounded by their peers. *weightlifting movements include, but are not limited to front, back, & overhead squats; press, push press & push jerk; deadlift & sumo deadlift high pull; clean & snatch; thrusters.
