Eric found CrossFit in 2014 after defeating a cycle of joining and quitting traditional globo gyms. The CrossFit methodology appealed to Eric and he really enjoyed the community aspect of being a part of a CrossFit gym. Building relationships in an atmosphere of fitness hooked him and it’s been an important part of his life ever since.
In 2018 Eric and his wife moved to Waconia and landed at Crusher CrossFit. Eric secured his CrossFit Level 1 Certification in 2023 and started coaching in 2024.
