Half Hour Personal Training Session

- One 30 Min PT Session
- Great gift for a current member looking to work one-on-one with a coach on a skill
- Skills such as pull-ups, Olympic lifting, jump rope skills, powerlifting, Muscle Ups, and the list goes on.
- The Athlete will get some valuable pointers and homework to work on in the pursuit of their goals.
One Hour Personal Training Session

- One 60 Min PT Session
- Great gift for a current member looking to work one-on-one with a coach on a skill or two.
- Skills such as pull-ups, Olympic lifting, jump rope skills, powerlifting, Muscle Ups, and the list goes on.
- The Athlete will get some in-depth time moving with the coach and searching out areas to improve and homework to work on in the pursuit of their goals.
Four Half Hour Personal Training Sessions
$199
- This Package is great for someone who eventually wants to do group CrossFit classes but is new to CrossFit. These four sessions can be used to work with a coach one-on-one to get them ready and confident to join the group classes.
- A great starter pack for someone looking to train with a coach one-on-one for the long-term, this will get a client started for the first week or two.
Ten Half Hour Personal Training Sessions
$450
- LIMITED TIME HOLIDAY OFFER - OUTSTANDING VALUE
- This package is great for the client that knows they want to train one-on-one full time. This package will get them through two to four weeks of training.
- This package is also good for the person that isn't sure if they want to do one-on-one training or group classes or may be more hesitant to jump right into group classes. This gives the client more time to learn the ropes, get to know the coach and the program options, and gain confidence.
Six Weeks of Fitness
$299
- This package is excellent for the client that is all in on small group classes.
- This six-week package is perfect for someone new to a fitness lifestyle, as well as those that currently are active 6+ times per week. During this period, the client will gain confidence and understanding of the group fitness classes and learn or review the foundational movements that your results so successful.
- During the six weeks, the client will receive:

Unlimited access to three weeks of our no barbell 45 min C44 classes

One half-hour Personal Training Session to go over barbell specific training and talk about what to expect in the CrossFit Classes.

Unlimited access to three weeks of CrossFit Classes.

A free nutrition hand out to get on the road to eating healthier.
