CrossFit Preteen Ages (10 - 12)

CrossFit PreTeens teaches the fundamentals of barbell movements beginning with the use of a PVC pipe and light training bars. Movements are practiced at light loads. The focus is building a solid foundation of movement. An athlete that consistently demonstrates good mechanics will begin working with progressively heavier loads in very small increments at well-below max-effort levels.

Structured classes last 30 minutes. Each class includes Whiteboard, Warm-Up, Skill, Workout, and Game or Challenge.

CrossFit Teens: Ages (13-18)

Crusher CrossFit Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for 13-18-year-old athletes and non-athletes alike. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting* and gymnastics with high-intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance.

Our program will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. CrossFit Teens not only builds strength in the body, but it also strengthens the mind, improves cognitive function, and improves interpersonal communication skills.

If your teenager is already an athlete, our program is designed to take them to the next level by teaching proper mechanics, recovery, movement, nutrition, and flexibility. Crusher CrossFit Teens is ideal for any teenage athlete looking to get the edge over the competition in their chosen sport. We aim to create an all-around athlete that will excel in any sport or physical task life throws their way and avoids overuse injuries that are common when teens only participate in sport-specific training.

If your teen is not an athlete, our program is guaranteed to help them establish healthy lifestyle habits, and convert them from a sedentary lifestyle to a more active, prolific one.
